胫骨平台骨折十字类型Ⅲe型的DR阅片研究

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]通过对DR的阅片分析,研究Ⅲe型胫骨平台骨折的影像学特征,重点分析后倾角改变与斜坡隆突程度的相关性。[方法]对2010年4月～2014年5月本院诊治的26例过伸性胫骨内外侧平台骨折患者的DR片进行正位、侧位的阅片分析、归类、测量,并对数据间的差异性、相关性进行统计学分析。[结果]在Ⅲe型胫骨平台骨折患者中,后倾角的减少与"斜坡"皮质的隆起程度存在线性依存关系,回归方程为:Y=3.761+0.797X,腓骨近端压缩骨折更易出现在女性而非男性,"三线征"、"单线征"、"反唇征"或"交叉征"的出现比例约为70%。[结论]对Ⅲe型胫骨平台骨折,后倾角的变化可以通过对"斜坡"皮质隆起程度的测量得到评估,女性更容易伴发腓骨近端压缩骨折,"三线征"、"单线征"、"反唇征"或"交叉征"等影像学征象的发现有助于减少该型骨折的误诊误治。
