脊柱结核微创治疗进展Minimally invasive treatment for spinal tuberculosis

摘要(Abstract):
脊柱结核因可引起严重的骨破坏、脊柱后凸畸形、脊髓神经受压等而有较高的致残率及致死率。外科干预已成为其病灶清除、解除脊髓神经受压、矫正畸形、重建脊柱稳定性的重要有效方式。随着微创理念的不断发展,包括影像引导下经皮穿刺置管引流、腔镜辅助下治疗、微创入路及微创切口下治疗脊柱结核等一系列微创手术方式已经取得了巨大进展。本文就目前脊柱结核微创治疗的相关手术方式做一简要概述。
