椎弓根皮质骨轨迹螺钉技术的研究进展Research progress on cortical bone trajectory technique for pedicle screws fixation

摘要(Abstract):
椎弓根螺钉技术因其具有良好的固定强度,目前广泛运用于脊柱外科手术中。术后螺钉的松动、拔出是其常见并发症,尤其是在骨质疏松患者中发病率更高。对此,Santoni等提出了皮质骨轨迹螺钉技术,相较传统椎弓根螺钉具有抗拔出力大、创伤小等特点。由于其特殊的置钉轨迹(自内而外、由下而上)可降低血管、神经损伤的概率,置钉安全性更高。因此,皮质骨轨迹螺钉技术可以为脊柱外科手术提供一种新的治疗方法。
