摘要(Abstract)：

[目的]分析椎体成形术及后凸成形术治疗Kümmell病的临床疗效。[方法]2013年6月~2014年6月采用椎体成形术或后凸成形术治疗Kümmell病20例,对比手术前后椎体高度、局部矢状位Cobb角度及疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(oswestry disability index,ODI),并进行疗效评定。[结果]20例患者术后X线片复查时椎体高度由术前(16.74±4.52)mm恢复至(21.24±3.62)mm,Cobb角由术前的16°~25°(22.0±0.5)°改善至5°~15°(9.1±0.6)°,较术前明显改善(P<0.05);术前VAS评分5~8分,平均(7.0±0.5)分,术后VAS评分1~4分,平均(3.0±0.5)分,较术前明显改善(P<0.05);ODI从术前的平均(63.0±2.5)改善至末次随访的平均(30.0±1.5)。术中出现骨水泥渗漏者4例,1例术后出现骨水泥块松动移位,采用前后联合入路行切开复位椎体次全切除植骨内固定术治疗,恢复良好;随访中未出现相邻椎体骨折者。[结论]椎体成形术及后凸成形术创伤小,是治疗Kümmell病较好的手术方式,但需注意并发症。
