椎弓根毗邻结构的观察及其临床意义Anatomical Study of the Adjacent Structures of Pedicle and Its Relevance

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :探讨椎弓根毗邻结构与椎弓根螺钉并发症的关系。方法 :在 5 0具成人脊柱标本上对椎弓根与神经根、硬脊膜及椎管内静脉丛的关系进行观察。结果 :椎弓根内侧与硬膜相贴、下侧与神经根相邻。椎弓根皮质厚度下 >上 >内 >外侧骨皮质。结论 :椎弓根外侧骨皮质最薄 ,可能是导致椎弓根皮质破裂的原因。穿破内或下侧骨皮质易损伤脊髓或神经根而出现相应症状。
