iASSIST智能辅助导航系统在全膝关节置换中的研究进展Application of Zimmer iASSIST navigation system in total knee arthroplasty

摘要(Abstract):
随着现代骨科手术理念更加微创化、精确化的趋势,新科技将会在骨科手术中进一步应用。计算机辅助导航技术主要应用于髋关节或膝关节置换手术。从1995年开始,全膝关节置换术导航系统采取了多种形式,如图像导航、无图像导航、荧光导航、电磁导航、光学导航等。2013年,美国捷迈公司发明的iASSIST系统采用以惯性电子元件为核心的新导航系统,因其具有精确的下肢力线对齐和假体定位、操作方便、与传统手术流程相似、学习曲线短、可复性精确度高等优点被一些骨科医生广泛应用。在关于iASSIST系统的临床文章中,多数学者认为短期临床效果优于传统手术方式,但有一些学者持中立意见,长期临床随访效果还有待进一步研究。
