旋转平台假体在全膝关节置换术中的应用及早期疗效观察Application of mobile bearing total knee system in the total knee arthroplasty

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]观察旋转平台人工膝关节置换术的临床疗效。[方法]对79例患者93膝行TKA,采用正中切口髌旁内侧入路,安装假体,膝关节均未进行髌骨置换。术后复查X线片观察假体固定情况,采用美国膝关节学会评分(KSS评分)评定膝评分及膝功能评分,观察并发症发生情况。[结果]本组平均随访时间(33.61±7.34)个月(24~48个月)。末次随访时,关节总活动度明显增加,由术前68.76°增加至术后107.53°(P<0.01)。KSS膝评分术前平均37.53分(20~55分),术后增加至91.87分(75~100分)。KSS膝功能评分术前平均32.96分(15~65分),术后增加至80.84分(75~95分)。X线片显示:6例OA患者、4例类风湿患者出现胫骨假体周围透亮线,宽度<2mm,但均表现为非进展性。其余病例假体固定良好,未见松动,无髌骨脱位。本组病例未发生并发症。[结论]旋转平台人工全膝关节系统用于TKA近期疗效确切,但长期疗效有待进一步观察。
