摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1881年Volkmann首次详细描述了缺血性肌麻痹与挛缩。1890年Hildebrand把前臂筋膜间室综合征的后期结果命名为Volkmann挛缩。目前人们已经认识Volkmann挛缩是由于各种原因引起组织液压力升高,导致前臂密闭的筋膜腔内肌肉和神经循环障碍而产生一系列症状[1]。虽历经百余年的实践研究,但前臂缺血性肌挛缩仍为许多发展中国家儿童创伤的一个严重的、"灾难性"的并发症[2-3]。本文对儿童前臂缺血性肌挛缩相关研究进展进行综述。
