摘要(Abstract)：

Blount病又称胫内翻,是一种以患肢胫骨近端内翻、内旋为特点的影响外观及力线的畸形,一般累及双侧,发病机制目前尚不清楚,常需手术矫正。Perthes病(Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease,LCPD)是一种儿童较常见的股骨头骨骺缺血性坏死~([11-12]),该病发病以4～8岁最常见,多累及单侧,其中有10%的病例为双侧发病。Blount病和Perthes病合并发病较为罕见,两种疾病均发生在青少年时期,且隐匿性发展。本报道1例Blount病合并Perthes病的患者,并对相关文献进行综述。
