银离子洗液联合改良负压封闭吸引技术治疗慢性创面

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨银离子洗液联合改良负压封闭吸引技术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)用以治疗慢性创面的临床效果。[方法]将患者随机分成试验组和对照组,其中试验组采用银离子洗液联合改良VSD治疗,对照组单纯采用改良VSD治疗。治疗7 d后分别记录两组患者创面外观恢复情况、肉芽组织覆盖率、细菌清除率、敷料干瘪率,记录相关数据并进行统计学分析。[结果]治疗7 d后,试验组慢性创面愈合良好,肉芽组织覆盖率、细菌清除率均高于对照组,敷料干瘪率低于对照组,其P<0.01,差异均有统计学意义。[结论]银离子洗液联合改良VSD技术治疗慢性软组织创面效果满意,创面愈合时间缩短,治疗费用下降,值得临床推广。
