摘要(Abstract)：

肱骨近端是原发性和转移性骨肿瘤的常见部位之一,切除肿瘤的同时需切除大量骨性结构及软组织,其修复重建在骨肿瘤领域中极具挑战性。常见的手术方式包括生物学重建、假体重建、同种异体骨-假体复合体重建、反向肩关节置换术、肩关节融合术等,不同术式各具优缺点,临床医生应该结合患者病情及对并发症的耐受性选择最合理的术式。
