摘要(Abstract)：

股骨转子间骨折好发于老年人,保守治疗并发症发生率、死亡率很高。目前国内外学者大多主张手术治疗。临床上治疗股骨转子间骨折方法多种多样。本文对股骨转子间骨折不同治疗方法作一综述。
