弹性髓内针交叉固定治疗儿童长骨骨折Flexible Intramedullary Nailing Treatment for Long Bone Fractures in Children

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :采用微创性的弹性髓内针交叉固定技术治疗儿童长骨干骨折。方法 :本文报道近两年中采用弹性髓内针交叉固定治疗儿童股骨骨折和其他长骨骨折 9例的经验。病人年龄 3岁 10个月～ 14岁 8个月 (平均 8岁 5个月 ) ,其中 6例为股骨骨折 ,所有病人均获随访。结果 :治疗病例骨痂生长丰满 ,邻近关节活动和患肢功能完全恢复正常。无钢针感染和畸形愈合 ,1例表现为 <1cm肢体短缩的病例在随访中已自我改善。结论 :本文认为这是一种特别适合于儿童和青少年股骨骨折 ,其他长骨骨折、多段性骨折和复合型损伤的一种微创性、安全、简便 ,快速的治疗方法。
