经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗胸腰段椎体骨折伴腰骶臀区疼痛

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]分析经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗胸腰段骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折伴腰骶臀区疼痛的临床疗效。[方法]选取2016年1月~2019年5月胸腰段骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折伴腰骶部疼痛患者62例,进行回顾性研究,均行手术治疗(PKP),分别记录术前、术后第2 d及末次随访时疼痛强度、功能评价及椎体高度变化情况,包括视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能指数及Bathel指数;伤椎前缘和中部高度,并与术前比较。[结果]术后第2 d VAS评分、ODI指数、Bathel指数较术前有显著改善,伤椎前缘中部高度较术前增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。末次随访与术后第2 d相关临床指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。62例中58例腰骶臀区疼痛明显缓解(有效率93.55%)。[结论] PKP可以有效缓解胸腰段骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折伴有腰骶臀区疼痛。
