富血小板血浆的制备与治疗肌肉骨骼系统疾病的研究进展Progress in preparation of platelet-rich plasma for treatment of musculoskeletal system diseases

摘要(Abstract):
随着生活质量的改善以及生活水平的提高,肌肉骨骼系统疾病的患者越来越多,其中骨关节炎(OA)、韧带损伤和软骨损伤最常见。由于软骨再生和愈合能力差,这就促使人们寻找其他治疗方法来提高其治愈能力,加上患者对快速恢复活动的期望,也要求医者来寻找一种更有效和更微创的治疗方案。因此,使用生物制剂来治疗肌肉骨骼疾病便成为了一种潜在的选择。尽管近几年来使用生物制剂来治疗肌肉骨骼疾病的病例越来越多,但是,这些生物制剂的治疗效果却并不相同。目前广泛支持使用的生物制剂富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma, PRP)其最佳制备方法和制备产品的治疗效果在文献中阐述的较少。本文主要从PRP的制备方法及治疗肌肉骨骼系统疾病两个方面来探讨一下其相关研究进展。
