摘要(Abstract)：

<正>腰椎退行性病变(如腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎滑脱等)是引起下腰痛的常见原因。近年来,改良-TLIF已成为治疗腰椎退行性病变的重要手术方案。但手术切口缝合技术(包括术者操作技术、缝合针及线的选择等)可直接影响手术效果~[1]。
