数字化人体脊柱的初步临床应用Primary clinical application of digital spine

摘要(Abstract):
目的:根据CT断层扫描数据进行人体脊柱数字化三维重建和测量,并探讨其在脊柱外科的应用。方法:采集55例人体脊柱病变区域的CT断层扫描DICOM格式数据,利用Mimics、3DView软件在计算机上进行病变区域的数字化三维重建、显示和测量,并将其应用于手术计划和设计。结果:特发性脊柱侧弯18例,先天性脊柱侧弯23例,环枢椎骨折脱位3例,脊柱骨折脱位5例,脊柱肿瘤6例,根据数字化骨骼三维重建结果进行三维显示和测量,为手术方案的制定提供帮助,并指导内固定器械的选择和安装。结论:数字化人体脊柱能够精确和直观的反映脊柱的病变,可更好的进行术前计划和准备。
