骨延长术治疗Ollier病所致儿童肢体短缩并文献复习

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]分析骨延长术治疗Ollier病所致儿童肢体短缩的临床疗效和技术要点。[方法]收集2011年6月～2017年6月收治的2例因Ollier病所致肢体短缩的患儿,通过应用骨延长技术行矫正治疗,上肢患儿应用Wagner外固定架延长肱骨8.5 cm,下肢患儿应用Orthofix外固定架延长股骨9 cm并矫正內翻成角畸形26°。[结果]2例患儿术后均获得随访,上肢患儿随访5年,下肢患儿随访2年,患肢功能和外观均获得明显改善,无严重并发症发生,术后1年Enneking肢体功能评分,上肢患儿97%,下肢患儿80%。[结论]骨延长技术是治疗Ollier病所致儿童肢体短缩的有效方法。
