超重人群中行iAssist智能导航系统辅助人工全膝关节置换术的临床应用

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]探讨iAssist智能导航系统辅助人工全膝关节表面置换术(TKA)治疗超重人群膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的应用效果。[方法]将45例(56膝) 2016年5月~2017年11月本科人工全膝关节表面置换术(TKA)的超重KOA患者(BMI≥25 kg/m2)随机法分两组, 28例采用iAssist智能导航系统辅助TKA,28例采用传统的TKA手术。比较两组患者临床与影像测量资料。[结果] iAssist组术中失血量、术后引流量均少于传统组(P<0.05),两组之间术前Hb、KSS评分、VAS评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而iAssist组术后1 d Hb,术后半年KSS评分以及术后1个月VAS评分均优于传统组(P<0.05) iAssist组的HKA、FFC、FTC、LFF、LTC的误差值均小于传统组(P<0.05)。[结论]使用iAssist智能导航系统辅助超重KOA患者进行TKA,可以获得更满意的临床效果。
