摘要(Abstract)：

肱骨髁上骨折是儿童肘部最常见的骨折,随着微创技术的进展,为了减少并发症和手术创伤,近年来闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定术在临床中得到了广泛的应用。本文查阅了儿童肱骨髁上骨折的相关文献,对肱骨髁上骨折的分类标准、闭合复位方法与参考标准、各种经皮克氏针内固定的进针技术及其疗效,以及闭合复位经皮内固定治疗的并发症与防治措施等研究进展做一综述。
