逆行髓内钉与钢板内固定治疗股骨远端A型和C型骨折的比较分析Comparison of therapeutic effects on treating type A&C fractures of distal femur with internal fixation of GSH and CBP

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]评价2种内固定方法治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。[方法]采用回顾性研究方法对我院自2002年8月～2008年5月治疗的28例股骨远端骨折病例进行对照研究,按AO分类:A1型7例,A2型9例,A3型3例,C1型4例,C2型2例,C3型3例。其中,CBP内固定9例,GSH固定19例。[结果] 28例病人通过10～39个月随访(平均21个月),根据Neer膝关节功能评分标准,2组内固定组的优良率分别是:股骨远端解剖钢板88.9%,逆行股骨远端骨折89.5%。[结论]逆行交锁髓内钉治疗适应证广,操作方便,固定坚强,有利于早期下床,而股骨远端解剖钢板对关节没有破坏,有利于膝关节功能恢复。2种内固定都能起到较好疗效,应根据股骨远端骨折类型,选择相适应的内固定物。
