<正>1临床资料1.1病例资料本组6例,男1例,女5例,年龄47～65岁,平均55岁。胸椎4例,男1例;腰椎滑脱患者2例均为女性。减压内固定术前胸椎患者主要症状均表现为胸部束带感和双下肢麻木无力进行性加重。2例胸椎诊断为胸椎管狭窄症;2例术前
