胫骨Pilon骨折的治疗现状与进展

摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 胫骨Pilon骨折是指胫骨远端1/3波及胫距关节面的骨折,常合并有腓骨下段骨折和严重的软组织挫伤。按Ruedi-Allgower的分类法分3型;Ⅰ型:较少移位;Ⅱ型:明显的关节面移位而粉碎程度较小;Ⅲ型:关节面粉碎移位及粉碎程度均较严重。胫骨pilon骨折约占下肢骨折的1％～
