摘要(Abstract):
<正>应用棘突间撑开装置治疗腰椎退行性椎间盘疾病已经受到了广泛的关注,它主要有X-stop、Wallis、Diam和Coflex等几种类型,其原理主要是通过限制腰椎的过度屈伸,减小腰椎伸展时椎间盘后部压力及防止可能出现的椎管狭窄,同时亦可减轻小关节的压力,从而达到治疗效果。该类技术简单、安全,
