SOCON内固定术和三种融合方法治疗腰椎滑脱Three Kinds of Fusion Methods and SOCON Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Lumbar Spondylolysis

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :观察运用SOCON内固定技术加上后外侧横突间植骨、椎体间植骨和椎体间Prospace界面融合器三种融合治疗腰椎滑脱的临床疗效。方法 :从 1995年 10月～ 2 0 0 0年 9月 ,共 46例 ,用SOCON脊柱内固定行复位和固定 ,2 4例椎体间Prospace界面融合 ,4例行椎体间植骨融合 ,18例行小关节后外侧横突间植骨融合。结果 :45例Ⅰ°、Ⅱ°滑脱患者 ,全部达到解剖复位 ,1例Ⅲ°滑脱复位 70 % ,随访 6～ 60个月 ,平均 2 8个月。X线片显示 46例全部融合 ,未形成假关节 ,复位和椎间高度无丢失 ,未出现螺钉松动和折断征象。临床症状 :优 18例 ,良 2 6例 ,可 2例。结论 :SOCON内固定系统具备复位良好、固定确定。三种融合方法均取得满意融合率。
