胫骨结节“钮扣法”移位术治疗习惯性髌骨脱位Treatment of Recurrent Patella Dislocation by Tibia Tuberosity “Button” Transposition

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :观察胫骨结节“钮扣法”移位术治疗习惯性髌骨脱位的疗效。方法 :沿胫骨结节中点向外侧凿下1 5cm× 1 5cm× 0 5cm ,近端呈舌状的带蒂骨块 ,平胫骨结节在其内侧 2cm处凿下口为 0 8cm× 1 5cm ,底为 1 5cm×1 5cm× 0 7cm的骨槽 ,将带蒂骨块嵌入骨槽内 ,如同系衣服的“钮扣”。结果 :随访 2～ 8年 ,本组优良率为 73 0 8% ( 19/2 6 )。结论 :该方法简单、有效 ,是治疗习惯性髌骨脱位的一种好办法。
