全髋关节置换术应用于脊髓灰质炎后遗症期患者的研究进展Current therapeutic progression of total hip arthroplasty in patients with residual poliomyelitis

摘要(Abstract):
脊髓灰质炎后遗症期患者因其下肢肌力不平衡,常出现患侧或健侧髋关节的骨关节炎,严重影响患者生活质量。全髋关节置换术(THA)是治疗髋关节病变的有效方法,但脊髓灰质炎后遗症期患者因其髋关节外展肌无力等问题使其术后脱位风险增加,对患者的预后造成较大的影响,目前国内外此方面的研究较少,因此本文总结全髋关节置换术治疗脊髓灰质炎后遗症期患者的相关文献,从发病机制、手术适应证、手术入路、假体的选择与安放、术后并发症及术后康复训练几方面进行系统综述,以期为全髋关节置换术治疗脊髓灰质炎后遗症期患者提供参考。
