交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的有关问题探讨Study of Related Problems on Fractures of the Tibia Treated with Interlocking Intramedullary Nail

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :探讨交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的有关问题。方法 :回顾性分析 60例胫骨骨折应用交锁髓内钉治疗的结果 ,其中男 48例 ,女 1 2例。平均年龄 3 3岁。闭合骨折 41例 ,开放骨折 1 9例。除 3例ⅢＡ 型急诊手术未扩髓外 ,余均采用有限扩髓固定 , 5例为开放整复 ,余为闭合整复。结果 :平均随访 1 4个月 ,骨折全部愈合 ,按Ｊｏｈｎｅｒ Ｗｒｕｈ评分标准 ,优 43例 ,良 1 3例。结论 :只要掌握好手术指征 ,交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折是一种较好的内固定方式
