空心螺钉内固定治疗Lisfranc损伤的安全性探讨

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨4.0 mm空心螺钉内固定治疗Lisfranc损伤的疗效及安全性。[方法]2010年2月~2012年8月收治Lisfranc损伤患者29例,男19例,女10例,年龄23~62岁,平均34.3岁。依据Meryson分型:A型2例,B1型6例,B2型11例,C1型9例,C2型1例。切开复位后采用4.0 mm空心螺钉固定内侧柱及中间柱,2 mm克氏针经皮固定外侧柱,术后8周拔除克氏针,术后4~6个月取出空心螺钉。[结果]本组27例获得随访,2例失访,平均随访18个月(12~36个月),未观察到内固定断裂及复位丢失等并发症(其中6例患者未按要求于术后4~6个月内取出内固定螺钉)。依据美国骨科矫形足踝协会(AOFAS)评分标准评价术后患足的功能,平均得分为84分,其中优5例,良16例,一般5例,差1例。[结论]采用4.0 mm空心螺钉内固定治疗Lisfranc损伤,操作简单,安全可靠,术后足弓垫保护下行走,可以获得较好的临床疗效。
