经皮球囊扩张式椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折疗效研究

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]探讨经皮球囊扩张式椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折疗效研究。[方法]本院自2009年3月~2011年9月收治骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折151例,手术组(行经皮球囊扩张式椎体成形术)69例,非手术组82例,经过随访术后48 h,1周,3个月,比较手术组与非手术组疗效。[结果]2组治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术组与非手术组比较症状缓解时间早,下床活动时间早,住院时间明显缩短。椎体成形组无1例发生并发症。非手术组有3例发生并发症,其中肺部感染2例,尿路感染1例。[结论]经皮椎体成形术是一种简单、微创、安全有效的治疗方法。
