空心螺钉内固定治疗跖跗关节骨折脱位21例报告Treatment of acute Lisfranc fracture-dislocations by cannulated screwfixation

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨空心螺钉治疗跖跗关节骨折脱位的疗效。[方法]从2001年2月~2005年8月共收治跖跗关节骨折脱位病例21例,全部采用切开复位空心螺钉内固定治疗。[结果]术后随访3~52个月按美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)中足部分的评分标准:70~80分1例,80~90分3例,90~100分17例。[结论]跖跗关节骨折脱位早期行切开复位空心螺钉内固定治疗可取得满意的复位和临床疗效,是治疗跖跗关节骨折脱位的理想方法。
