弹性髓内针留置引流治疗儿童单纯性骨囊肿的疗效分析

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨采用弹性髓内针留置引流法治疗儿童单纯性骨囊肿的临床疗效。[方法]2008~2013年采用弹性髓内针留置引流术治疗儿童单纯性骨囊肿39例,其中病变部位位于肱骨近端33例,股骨近端5例,胫骨1例。全部病例均获定期随访,随诊时间1.6~4年。治疗效果根据Capanne评价标准进行评价分析。[结果]囊腔完全愈合,囊腔内被骨组织填充,皮质增厚者21例,占53.8%;囊腔基本愈合,囊壁皮质骨增厚,但残存部分低密度区者15例,占38.5%;无反应者1例;复发2例。总体治愈率92.3%,仅1例存在皮下钉尾激惹反应,无内固定断裂及病理性骨折等严重并发症发生。[结论]弹性髓内针留置引流治疗儿童单纯性骨囊肿疗效明确、创伤小、并发症少,值得临床推广应用。
