摘要(Abstract)：

膝关节镜手术作为膝关节疾病及运动损伤的微创检查和治疗手段,已经在骨科手术中日益成熟,但在康复措施中还存在不尽人意的地方,并且目前膝关节镜围手术期康复治疗未形成一个公认的康复过程。结合现有康复措施,并通过把快速康复外科理念引入膝关节镜康复中来,探索一系列康复治疗措施,主动干预膝关节镜手术围手术期治疗,促进患者快速恢复机体功能。
