摘要(Abstract):
老年人由于下肢神经肌肉功能下降,反应性和平衡能力减退,易发生跌倒,导致骨折。本文重点分析了维生素D与骨质疏松性骨折风险、骨密度、肌力、跌倒风险及认知能力的关系。补充维生素D能有效减少跌倒的发生,从而预防老年人骨质疏松性骨折的发生。
