椎间盘切除减压棘突间Wallis动态系统置入术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]回顾性分析椎间盘切除、棘突间Wallis系统置入术治疗退行性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。[方法]2007年1月～2009年12月,本科采用Wallis棘突间动态稳定系统治疗21例L3、4、L4、5退行性腰椎间盘突出症患者。观察、统计病人的手术时间、出血量、术后住院时间;选用Oswestry功能障碍指数(oswestry disability index,ODI)和视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)对手术效果进行评价。[结果]术后VAS评分及ODI均得到明显改善,与术前相比均有显著性差异(P<0.001)。[结论]椎间盘切除、棘突间Wallis系统置入术治疗退行性腰椎间盘突出症是有效的,但宜观察术后腰椎活动度和长远疗效。
