MTA1在化疗后骨肉瘤中的表达及其与预后的关系Relation between prognosis and expression of MTA1 in patients with osteosarcoma after chemotherapy

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]研究化疗后骨肉瘤组织中残存肿瘤细胞中肿瘤转移相关基因1(metastasis associated1,MTA1)的表达在骨肉瘤发生、发展中的作用及其生物学意义,探讨化疗后骨肉瘤中MTA1的表达与骨肉瘤患者预后之间的关系。[方法]采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测31例化疗后骨肉瘤组织中MTA1的表达。并应用统计学方法分析其与预后的关系。[结果]统计学分析显示化疗后MTA1的阳性表达率为54.84%,其表达与患者的性别、年龄、发病部位、发病-就诊时间及肿瘤的体积无相关性。通过对所有病人随访结果的对比分析,发现MTA1阳性表达的预后良好率为35.29%(6/17),明显低于阴性表达组(78.57%,11/17,P=0.016)。[结论]MTA1表达阳性的患者预后差,它反映了化疗后残存骨肉瘤细胞侵袭、转移的生物学活性;检测MTA1的表达可作为判断骨肉瘤患者预后的参考指标。
