低分子肝素预防骨科术后深静脉血栓疗效观察Observation of low molecular weight heparion for prevention of postoperative deep vein thrombosis

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]对比观察低分子肝素预防骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。[方法]通过历史性对照研究,选取髋关节置换术后和脊柱内固定术后病人,根据性别、年龄、病因、术式、不良反应、用药情况进行分组对照研究。[结果]在各年龄组,5000IU/日效果均强于2500IU/日,在高于65岁患者中,这种差别更加明显(P<0.05);两种剂量低分子肝素在各类病人的应用都不会明显增加术后出血风险(P>0.05)。[结论]低分子肝素可显著降低骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生,且具有良好的安全性,适当提高剂量,效果更佳。
