摘要(Abstract)：

[目的]探讨经伤椎椎弓根螺钉短节段固定技术对亚急性期胸腰椎骨折的复位和固定效果。[方法]对本院2009年4月~2012年3月,27例亚急性(14d~21 d,平均17.9 d)胸腰段单节段骨折采用后路伤椎置钉短节段固定技术治疗,比较术前、术后3 d,术后3、12个月伤椎前缘高度比(FVHR)、矢状面Cobb角矫正情况,以及术前,术后3、12个月Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)改善情况,并观察内固定有无松动断裂。[结果]27例均获得随访,随访时间12个月。FVHR术前(41.2±15.6)%,术后3 d(90.3±4.8)%,3个月(87.4±4.1)%,12个月(87.1±5.9)%;矢状面Cobb角术前(30.1±7.7)°,术后3 d(5.2±3.2)°,3个月(5.1±2.9)°,12个月(7.4±5.5)°;功能障碍指数(ODI)术前(53.2±9.7)%,术后3个月(24±7.7)%,12个月(10.5±5.4)%;VAS评分术前(5.4±0.9)分,术后3个月(2.1±0.7)分,12个月(1.6±0.8)分;无内固定松动及断裂。[结论]经后路伤椎椎弓根螺钉短节段固定治疗亚急性胸腰椎骨折可达到有效复位、良好固定的效果,是治疗亚急性胸腰椎骨折的有效方法。
