摘要(Abstract)：

[目的]探索肥胖对全髋关节置换术(THA)后早期并发症的影响。[方法]前瞻性纳入因骨关节炎拟行THA的患者286例,根据体重指数(BMI)分两组:A组为肥胖组(BMI≥25 kg/m2),共121例,B组为正常体重组(BMI<25 kg/m2),共165例;观察两组患者THA后早期全身系统性并发症及手术相关并发症的发生率,得出结论。[结果]两组患者全身常见系统性并发症差异无统计学意义。伤口无菌性并发症及浅表感染的差异存在明显统计学意义(P<0.05),但深部感染的差异无明显统计学意义。其他早期手术相关并发症的发生率无明显统计学差异。[结论]肥胖与THA术后早期伤口浅表并发症(无菌性并发症及浅表感染)的发生率存在明显相关性,会增加THA术后早期浅表并发症的发生率。但肥胖可能不会增加THA术后早期系统性并发症及其他手术相关并发症的发生率。
