关节镜辅助下袢钢板治疗Rockwood Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效观察

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨关节镜辅助下袢钢板治疗RockwoodⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。[方法]回顾分析本科2010年1月~2013年6月收治的RockwoodⅢ型急性肩锁关节脱位的患者32例,男20例,女12例;年龄22~56岁,平均(37.7±1.6)岁;左侧15例,右侧17例。在关节镜辅助下行闭合复位袢钢板固定术,分析其手术情况(手术时间、术中出血量)及随访治疗效果。[结果]32例均顺利完成手术,手术时间65~110 min,平均(84+2.2)min;术中出血量50~85 ml,平均(68.1+1.9)ml;术后第2 d复查X线片示肩锁关节完全复位,32例均获随访,术后1年复查X线片,均无袢钢板松动、断裂及脱出,肩锁关节无脱位、疼痛及活动障碍等并发症,术后1年按照Constant-Murley评分评定疗效,优25例,良5例,一般2例,优良率93.7%。[结论]关节镜辅助下袢钢板治疗RockwoodⅢ型肩锁关节脱位手术时间短、出血少、创伤小、功能康复快,临床疗效满意。
