膝关节镜治疗骨性关节炎35例疗效分析

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)是常见的导致关节疼痛功能受限的疾患之一,它是以关节软骨退变为主要病理特征,以反复关节肿胀、疼痛、活动受限乃至行走困难为主要表现的临床综合征。其发病率随着人口老龄化而增高。自70年前应用关节镜关节清理术治疗以来手术例数大量增加,但同时对手术适用范围及效果的意见并不统一,近年来的争论愈发激烈。OA
