摘要(Abstract)：

<正>随着我国肾移植技术的全面开展,肾功能衰竭患者的寿命得到明显延长,生活质量也明显提高。病例数量的增加使得肾移植并发症日益突出。因为患者长期服用免疫抑制剂和激素,所以缺血性股骨头坏死、骨质疏松等骨科疾病的发病率明显增高。文献报道的肾移植患者股骨头坏死的发生率在3%~41%,其中85%为双侧[1]。肾移植患者椎体、股骨颈等
