成人肱骨远端粉碎性骨折的术后并发症Post Operative Complications in Adult Fragmental Distal Humeral Fractures

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :报告并分析双张力带法治疗成人肱骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折的术后并发症。方法 :回顾性分析 42例经双张力带法治疗后的成人肱骨远端粉碎性骨折的术后并发症如退钉、内固定失效、感染、神经损伤等 ,并与其它治疗方法进行比较。结果 :双张力带法治疗肱骨远端粉碎性骨折的主要并发症为 17% ,较其它方法低 ,但约有 40 %的患者出现退钉的次要并发症。结论 :双张力带法具有操作简便、固定可靠、可早期功能训练的优点 ,但应注意防止退钉
