骨肉瘤中P-糖蛋白、Survivin的表达与化疗疗效的关系Relationship between P-glycoprotein,Survivin expression and chemotherapy outcome in osteosarcomas

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨P-糖蛋白、Survivin在骨肉瘤中的表达情况与化疗疗效的关系。[方法]对38例骨肉瘤术前的活检标本用免疫组织化学方法分别检测P-糖蛋白、Survivin的表达。[结果]P-糖蛋白阳性组化疗有效率低于P-糖蛋白阴性组;Survivin过表达组化疗有效率明显低于Survivin弱表达组。经Logistic回归分析,Survivin对化疗疗效的预测价值更大。[结论]骨肉瘤中P-糖蛋白、Survivin的表达情况对化疗疗效均有一定的预测价值,其中Survivin更大。
