摘要(Abstract)：

<正>骨嗜酸性肉芽肿(eosinophilic granuloma of bone,EGB)是罕见的朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症的一种,属于网状内皮系统增生性疾病~([1])。EGB的病因和发病机制尚不清楚,尽管对其进行了广泛的遗传研究或病毒学分析,但仍未发现明显的遗传错误或传染性因子~([2])。EGB可呈单灶性或多灶性肉芽肿,多为单发,其特征是骨内朗格汉斯细胞增生。EGB主要影响15岁以下儿童,估计发病率低于1/10万,
