关节镜在临床治疗儿童盘状半月板损伤中的应用

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨关节镜治疗儿童盘状半月板损伤的临床疗效。[方法]选择本院2015年3月~2016年2月收治的64例盘状半月板损伤的患儿,临床均给予关节镜治疗。术后半年、1年采用Ikeuchi膝关节评分标准系统对手术疗效进行评价,并且统计出总优良率;采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分系统评估患儿膝关节功能活动度;采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)对患者疼痛变化进行评价;并通过X线片、MRI观察患儿术后盘状半月板的损伤情况,统计术后总优良率。[结果]术后半年、1年,患者VAS评分为(2.24±0.41)、(1.93±0.32)明显低于术前的(5.93±1.52)(P<0.05):Lysholm评分为(89.54±3.21)(90.11±4.03)明显高于术前的(40.23±4.34)(P<0.05):术后半年总优良率为90.65%,术后1年总优良率为92.19%,术后无出血、感染、关节粘连等并发症出现。[结论]关节镜治疗盘状半月板损伤,不仅创伤小,而且能够显著改善患儿膝关节功能,缓解疼痛等临床症状,恢复患儿膝关节活动度,临床上值得推广使用。
