摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :对非外伤性肘关节强直患者在关节镜下行尺骨鹰嘴及冠突切除术 ,其中 6例附加后方关节囊松解术 ,并评价其疗效。结果 :全部病例术后随访 2个月时肘关节完全伸直平均 3°(好转 14°) ,完全屈曲位平均 12 2°(好转35°) ;术后 1年时肘关节伸直位平均 5°(好转 12°) ,屈曲位 113°(好转 2 5°)。关节活动范围内不伴有疼痛 ,未出现术后并发症。结论 :关节镜是对肘关节骨性强直可早期康复的有效术式 ,术后并发症少。
