交锁钉合并锁定钢板治疗胫骨复杂性骨折

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]探讨应用锁定钢板纠正交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨复杂骨折的成角畸形以及增加稳定性的可行性。[方法]在14例胫骨多段合并干骺端骨折中应用交锁钉恢复胫骨力线,术中根据近端骨折端成角的方向,用锁定钢板纠正骨折端成角畸形。[结果]14例随访24～48周,根据Karlstrom2Olerud临床评分,优6例,良6例,可2例;14例均骨性愈合,愈合时间为12～40周,平均24周。[结论]交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨复杂骨折应用锁定钢板可以矫正成角畸形,增加骨钉复合体的稳定性。
