手法整复结合锁定钢板内固定治疗老年肱骨近端骨折

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的]评估手法整复结合锁定钢板内固定治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。[方法]回顾性分析2012年5月~2014年2月采用手法整复结合锁定钢板内固定治疗的21例老年肱骨近端骨折患者。男7例,女14例:年龄65~89岁,平均75.2岁。根据Neer分型:二部分骨折5例;三部分骨折14例;四部分骨折2例。随访时评估记录患者肩关节功能Constant评分、VAS疼痛评分。[结果]获12~30个月(平均20.2个月)随访。末次随访时,Constant评分平均为86.6分,优良率为85.7%,平均VAS评分为1.05分。[结论]采用手法整复结合锁定钢板内固定治疗老年肱骨近端骨折可取得满意疗效。
