壮族中青年办公室人员非特异性腰痛调查A cross-section survey of non-specific low back pain in young and middle-aged office workers of Guangxi Zhuang nationality

摘要(Abstract):
[目的]调查广西壮族中青年办公室从业人员非特异性腰痛的发病情况及危险因素。[方法]进行了一项2 876名壮族中青年办公室从业人员非特异性腰背痛自填式问卷调查。描述腰痛流行病学特点,比较腰痛与非腰痛者各项参数,行多因素逻辑回归分析,探讨腰痛的危险因素。[结果]共发放问卷2 876份,最终有效调查2 565人,有效率为89.72%。2 565人中,3个月内发生腰痛者1 685人,占65.70%,无腰痛者880人,占34.31%。按是否发生腰痛分为两组,两组人群在身高、是否独生子女、户籍所在地、教育水平、是否进行体育运动方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与非腰痛人群相比,腰痛人群在年龄小、男性比例高、体重大、体重指数大、吸烟比例高、睡眠质量差、噩梦频率高、健康自我评估关、腰痛家族史比例高、腰痛既往史比例高,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中性别、健康自我评估、年龄、体重、吸烟、体重指数、睡眠质量、噩梦频率、腰痛家族史、腰痛既往史是非特异性下腰痛的重要危险因素且在影响发生下腰痛的相关性呈现递进关系。以是否发生腰痛的二分变量为因变量,其他因素为自变量的多元逻辑回归分析,结果表明:年龄小、体重大、吸烟、体重指数大、睡眠质量差、噩梦频率高、有腰痛家族史、有腰痛既往史是腰痛的危险因素(P<0.05),而性别差异、健康自我评估对腰痛无显著性影响(P>0.05)。[结论]腰痛在壮族中青年办公室从业人员中非常普遍,其风险因素包括年龄、体重、吸烟、体重指数、睡眠质量、噩梦频率、腰痛家族史、腰痛既往史。
